Elizabeth Fihe

After high school, I stayed at the University of Akron and then went to medical school at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. I headed to Jacksonville, Florida for residency for 3 years, where I met my fiancee, Ted. I just became board certified in Emergency Medicine and am currently working on a Master's of Public Health while serving as an International Emergency Medicine fellow at George Washington University in Washington, DC. During fellowship, I work in the Emergency Department but also have the privilege to travel all over the world teaching and developing healthcare systems. When I finish my fellowship next summer, we'll have a wedding in Jacksonville where we plan to live. The first picture is me with Ted at a wedding and the second is me and a group of colleagues at the end of a day of wound care at one of Mother Theresa's Missionaries of Charity clinics in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
